Do I need to bring my own bike?
- Yes. Bikes are not provided (unless you contact us directly to organise bike rental - We have separate pricing packages for you for this)
What is the transport?
- A Scenic boat ride on Lake Dunstan with your bike (bikes not provided) to ride the Dunstan trail
Where is the pick up and drop off?
- Pick up is at Fruit Growers Rd Clyde and drop off is at Mc Nulties Inlet Cromwell
What time do I have to be there?
- 15 minutes before departure time

- Sorry, no, as we are a scheduled service
Can I go on a scenic cruise?
Do group booking discounts apply?
- Yes by arrangement depending on the size of the group.
Will I get wet or cold?
- No, the boat has a canopy for weather protection. We also supply fleece blankets as necessary
What if it is too rough or the trip is cancelled for any reason (e.g. adverse weather)?
- We will transport you in a mini van with bikes on a trailer
Is there a cancellation policy?
- Yes, cancellations 48 hours or more before departure are free. Within 48 hours there is no refund. See our Terms & Conditions here.
